5 reasons why photoshoots at a co-working space are the best!

Hey there, co-working comrades! Is it time to update your branding images but you’re not sure if your co-working space will work? Here’s a whole swag of reasons why bringing a photographer into your co-working space can be a brilliant idea.

1. Minimal interruptions, maximum results

Keeping things real in your photography is quite high on my list as we create your images that truly reflect who you are and what you do. So, if your business or organisation works out of a co-working space, let’s show exactly that. This is likely where you will be in your familiar environment and super comfortable.

By bringing a photographer into your co-work space, we will have all your props and business tools at the ready. If we are photographing individuals within your team, we can simply call on them as needed, leaving the rest of you to keep on working.

Photography at your co-working space or office can help minimise the interruption to your whole teams work day and allow everyone to get back to work as soon a we wrap on your photoshoot.

So wether you have a regular co-working space or you want to drop in on one for a day, we can make it happen!

2. Stylish spaces = LOTS of variety in your images

The good thing about co-working spaces is that they are modern and stylish by nature. Many co-working spaces come ready made with greenery, interesting architecture, a variety of desks and chairs we can utilise and lots of variety within the spaces (bonus points big windows with natural light!) .

We can move from meeting room to entry foyer to kitchen in a matter of steps to make sure the images we make are not all the same and really make the most of the facilities around us.

3. Headshots AND action shots

The beauty of a photoshoot on site at your co-working spaces is that we can do both headshots and in-situ action shots of what it’s like to work with your business or organisation.

To get the most out of your photoshoot, we will plan out the types of photos you want. Examples of photography at your co-working space are:

  • headshots

  • team or group photos

  • in-situ scenes to show you at work

  • mock client meetings

  • detail images of your branded products

I will then find the best places within your co-working space to make these ideas into actual images for you.

The best co-working spaces offer interesting and modern spaces. The more natural light the better, but I will also bring along my strobe lighting incase we need to brighten things up a little. Even better is if we can step outside and use the local streetscapes for your urban portraits.

4. Office Day meets Photo Day

With the popular hybrid work model, co-working spaces have been a great way of saving on renting office space. The co-working office is the perfect place to bring your team together AND utilise the space for your photoshoot all at the same time.

You can coordinate your photoshoot with an upcoming occasion such as:

  • Your occasional team day when everyone works in office at your co-working space

  • AGM or group meetings, especially when you may have team members coming in from afar

  • Team building exercise day - add on a photoshoot component

  • Milestone celebration dates in your organisation

  • Launches and events

Whatever the occasion that your team is coming together, adding in a photoshoot at the same time works exceptionally well.

5. Level up your brand - images that grow with your biz

I believe in making photoshoots enjoyable, accessible and super EASY for you. So organising photography at your co-working space with me means we can breeze through your photoshoot and let you get straight back to work.

As businesses grow and evolve with time, so too will your image needs. Keeping your image bank relevant and growing with your business will help strengthen your brand positioning and be seen exactly as you want to be.

Photography at your co-working space allows you to showcase your team at work, in modern and stylish settings. These images can be used to amplify your brand message, announce changes, introduce your team members and launch with confidence.

If you are ready to level up your brand image with a new gallery of up-to-date imagery, I can help with that!
